HKD ˝Napredak˝ Palace
This representative building is located in Marsala Tita Street and it is the headquarters of the Croatian Cultural Association "Napredak”. It was built in 1913 according to the design of Dioniz Sukno in Secessionist style with pseudo-Moorish elements.

The famous Imperijal Café is located on the ground floor, and so is the Imperijal Cinema which was opened in 1913 (currently not operating). After the Second World War, the building became a home to the Kamerni teatar 55 (Chamber Theatre 55) and the Gabrijel Gallery. This was the first city building to have an elevator.
